Following today’s announcement from Australian Professional Leagues (APL), we are excited to have the final five games of our Westfield W-League season confirmed.
Rado Vidosic’s squad will be back out on the pitch next Thursday when it takes on Western Sydney away from home at Marconi Stadium.
A bye will follow in Round 11 but City fans will be in for a treat with two home games to be played against the Wanderers and Newcastle in the space of just four days! The venues for these fixtures are still to be confirmed, but will be communicated along with ticketing information very soon.
City’s season will finish with back-to-back games against Perth Glory, first away on March 19 before we host them on the 25th for our final home match of the season.
Although we are currently at the opposite end of the table to where we want to be, finals still do remain a possibility but for that to happen we can’t afford to drop many points.
With three of our final five games at home, the opportunity is still there to build up some momentum for a late finals push!
