Melbourne City will host Taichung Blue Whale Women’s Football Team in the Quarter Finals of the inaugural AFC Women’s Champions League competition on Sunday 23 March at AAMI Park.
With the match details now confirmed, the fixture will kick-off at 3:00PM at home, with City vying for a place in the competition’s final four.
After topping Group B in October, Michael Matricciani’s side earned a home Quarter Final. City was allocated in Pot 1 alongside the other two group winners and the best-ranked runner-up.
Taichung Blue Whale qualified for the Quarter Finals via Group C, finishing third behind Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies and Ho Chi Minh City Women’s FC.
