It’s a clean bill of health from Saturday night’s match against the Glory as City look to pick up three points at home against the Wanderers.
Both Osama Malik and Dario Vidosic return to the selection mix with the duo recovering from thigh and hip injuries respectively. Both players will be given until the final moments to prove their fitness for the match with the short turnaround working against them.
One man who does return to the squad is Mark Birighitti who has fully recovered from the back injury picked up in the warm-up in Round 13 against Brisbane. The goalkeeper continues to push Eugene Galekovic for the number one jersey however is likely to start on the bench.
Ritchie De Laet is another who continues to manage his injury status. Despite being substituted in the second half, the utility will front up for the clash against the Wanderers with Warren Joyce confirming he’s improving week-to-week.
