How do I redeem my free adult ticket?
- Go to the Ticketek website

Select one of the three matches you would like to attend:
– 27 December | Melbourne City vs Central Coast Mariners
– 7 January | Melbourne City vs Western United
– 29 January | Melbourne City vs Adelaide United - In the password section, enter your unique membership number
The number should consist of six digits
- Tap/Click the “Unlock Tickets” button
- Choose the “Member Redemption” ticket
You can select 1 ticket by using the drop down box on the right.
- Tap/Click on “Next”
- Tap/Click on “Go to checkout”
- Tap/Click on “Go to payment”
- Create or sign in to your Ticketek account
This step may be skipped if you are already logged in.
- During checkout, enter your details and tap/click on “Submit Payment” at the bottom of the page
- Ticket redemption process complete
You have successfully redeemed your ticket and it will be sent to you via email or text. You are now ready to scan in at AAMI Park.
