The inaugural A-Leagues Unite Round is upon us as both City squads get set to make the trip to Sydney.
Both teams will be up against Western Sydney Wanderers at CommBank Stadium, our Men’s squad first in action on Friday night before we face off again in the A-League Women’s on Sunday.

Aiming for a third consecutive win, Men’s Head Coach Aurelio Vidmar is dealing with some mixed news on the injury front.
Andrew Nabbout will travel with the side after being cleared to return from an Achilles injury sustained in pre-season.
It’s a remarkably quick return for the City winger, who has been working overtime alongside Club medical staff to get back to full fitness as fast as possible.
Nuno Reis and Zane Schreiber have also both been included in the extended squad, set to make their own returns from injury.
Unfortunately, the news isn’t as good for Marin Jakolis, who Vidmar told media is expected to miss around four weeks of action due to a hamstring injury.
Looking across to our Women’s squad, Dario Vidosic is set to again have an almost full complement of players to pick from.
Caitlin Karic, Leah Davidson, Kiera Meyers and Leia Varley have all been included in the extended squad, while at this stage there are no outs.
