CALLED UP: Stott and Wilkinson named in Football Ferns squad

Melbourne City stars Rebekah Stott and Hannah Wilkinson have been named in the Football Ferns squad for the upcoming April international window.

The New Zealand duo will depart for Christchurch following our final regular season fixture of the season against Perth Glory in Western Australia.

Stott, Wilkinson and the Ferns will face Thailand on Saturday 6 April and Tuesday 9 April at Apollo Projects Stadium, Christchurch, in the team’s first fixtures in New Zealand since last year’s historic FIFA Women’s World Cup.

With a wealth of international experience between the two – Stott 100 caps and Wilkinson 122 caps – they will be looking to help their side build towards the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
