After consultation with Australian Professional Leagues (APL), a date change to our Round 20 A-League Women’s (ALW) fixture against Western United has been confirmed.
The change is necessary to accommodate our home AFC Women’s Champions League Quarter Final, which will be played on the same weekend (March 21-23) the Round 20 ALW clash was originally scheduled.
Our home ALW match against Western United will now be played on Tuesday 4 February at ctrl:cyber Pitch, with the clash kicking off at 5:00pm.
The change to the fixture was necessary to give our City Women the best chance at success in both competitions and we hope to still see as many fans as possible come out to support our girls as they push for a historic treble this season.
We’ll learn our AWCL Quarter Final opponents in the live draw on Wednesday 8 January, with fixture details to be confirmed soon after.
