HOW TO WATCH: AWCL Semi-Final v Red Angels

Melbourne City is just one game away from the AFC Women’s Champions League Final, with a place in the decider on the line when we face South Korea’s Hyundai Steel Red Angels this Wednesday night.

The Semi-Final will kick off at 10:00pm (AEST) and fans across Australia can catch all the action live and free on 10play, with the match broadcast via the streaming platform alongside all remaining fixtures in the competition.

After a heartbreaking A-League Women’s Semi-Final exit earlier this month, Michael Matricciani’s side has regrouped and quickly turned their focus to continental glory.

The squad has now settled into Wuhan, China, with preparations well underway for what looms as one of the most significant fixtures in the Club’s history.

The Red Angels, reigning champions of Korea’s WK League, present a formidable challenge — but City heads into the Semi-Final with a full-strength squad and confidence restored.

Holly McNamara, who was substituted early against Central Coast following a heavy collision, has recovered well and is pushing to be involved in Wednesday’s clash pending final medical clearance.

Lourdes Bosch is also available for selection with her domestic suspension not applying to AFC competition, while Mariana Speckmaier has returned from a six-week ankle injury layoff and adds another option in the final third.

With 23 players travelling to Wuhan and several attacking weapons back at Matricciani’s disposal, City is ready to push for a place in Saturday night’s Final.

Whether you’re tuning in from Melbourne or anywhere else around the country, now is the time to show your support for our City Women as they aim to become the first Australian club to qualify for an AFC Women’s Champions League Final.
