The countdown to the return of A-League football is well and truly on, with General Admission tickets for Melbourne City’s opening two home fixtures of the 2026/27 A-League Men’s season now on sale.
After an exciting off-season that has seen City strengthen its squad with several high-profile additions, including Socceroos star Awer Mabil and Danish midfielder Emiliano Marcondes, anticipation is continuing to build ahead of what shapes as an exciting campaign.
City will return to AAMI Park for its first home match of the season on Saturday 31 October, hosting Sydney FC in a blockbuster Halloween clash kicking off at the family-friendly time of 5:00pm.

Just one week later, Aurelio Vidmar’s side will be under the lights at AAMI Park, taking on Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday 7 November in a 7:40pm kick-off.
General Admission tickets for both matches go on sale from 2:00pm today, with an Early Bird offer available for the first 300 tickets purchased for each match.
