Australian Professional Leagues has announced that our Round 18 A-League Women’s fixture against Sydney FC, originally scheduled to take place at Casey Fields on Saturday 18 March, has been rescheduled.
The match will now be played at Kingston Heath Soccer Complex on the same date, with a new kick-off time of 1:00pm.
Kingston Heath Soccer Complex, located in Cheltenham, is set to host a big double-header of football with the City v Sydney fixture opening proceedings before Bayside United take on Southern United in the NPLW.
With City’s ALW squad having a bye during the inaugural A-Leagues Pride Celebration Round a fortnight ago before playing back-to-back away matches, the Round 18 clash presents another opportunity for players and fans to celebrate Pride.
Fans who have already purchased tickets will automatically receive a refund from Ticketbooth.
As it is now a free event, fans will be able to walk through the gate without a ticket.
