Daniel Arzani has picked up his second consecutive PFA (Professional Footballers Australia) Player of the Month award for his performances throughout February.
The young flyer is the only player not from Sydney FC nominated for the award, joining Adrian Mierzejewski, Bobo and Milos Ninkovic as nominees for the honour.
Arzani was January’s PFA Player of the Month as well as City’s Etihad Player of the Month and PFA President Alex Wilkinson says it was impressive to see the youngster back up his break-out month.
“All four nominees have had a fantastic month on the pitch and all four would be deserving of the award,” Wilkinson said.
“Daniel Arzani is such an exciting prospect and it’s great to see him continue the great form he showed in January with a second successive nomination.”
