Although we can’t physically be together for the celebration of our PUMA 2020/21 Kit Launch, we want you to be part of it from home.
Our fans are a part of the fabric of this Club and we want you to be there in a special way for our 2020/21 Home Jersey reveal.
By submitting your photo, you’ll literally be a part of the campaign, and you’ll go into the running to win a our new 2020/21 Home Jersey and a PUMA prize pack !
All you need to do is upload a photo of just you from your phone to the following specifications:
- Landscape imagery, can be a selfie
- Image to be taken from the chest, up
- Shot to be take at eye level. (not high or low angle)
- If it is a selfie, make sure arms are out of the way
- White wall background
- Be in your City gear!

Terms of photo submission:
Photos eligible for use must be:
· a photograph you own of either you, or a Club member of whom you are the parent or guardian;
· a single image, not part of a group picture.
Photos of other people, or which include objectionable content, or which are unlawful or potentially insulting, inflammatory, defamatory or obscene, are not eligible and will be rejected.
Members under 18 years of age require parent or guardian permission to submit a photo. We may require that a junior member provides contact details of a parent / legal guardian as part of the submission or verification process, and may use that contact in order to verify.
By submitting your image for use in the season 2020/21 Melbourne City FC playing kit launch campaign (Purpose), you grant to Melbourne City FC, PUMA, and [TLA] (Promoting Parties), an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free, transferrable license (with the right to sub-license) to use, edit, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, prepare derivative works of and/or to display your image (or part thereof), throughout the world, as the Promoting Parties see fit in order to support the Purpose, in any medium or method at Melbourne City FC’s sole discretion, and you irrevocably and unconditionally waive any moral rights relating to the Promoting Parties’ use of your image for that Purpose.
The Promoting Parties do not claim any rights of ownership in your submitted image. You will retain any existing ownership of the copyright in your submitted image.
Privacy collection statement:
Your personal information will be collected by Melbourne City FC, PUMA, and/or [TLA] (Promoting Parties) for the purpose of conducting and promoting the season 2020/21 Melbourne City FC kit launch (including for the purpose of identifying and notifying the winner of the PUMA prize packs competition). In doing so, the Promoting Parties may disclose your personal information to other parties assisting in the administration of the kit launch or prize pack competition, including to the Promoting Parties’ related entities, prize suppliers, external service providers and authorities that regulate this Promotion.
