City confirm departure of three players

Melbourne City FC can confirm the departures of Carl Jenkinson, Tsubasa Endoh and Anthony Lesiotis following the conclusion of their contracts.

Jenkinson joined City in January 2022 on a six-month loan deal from English club Nottingham Forest. Primarily used as a right-back, the Englishman made 28 appearances across all competitions and found the back of the net on three occasions.

City’s other January signing, Tsubasa Endoh, has also reached the end of his six-month contract. The Japanese attacking midfielder made nine appearances including three starts in the AFC Champions League Group Stage.

Midfielder Anthony Lesiotis leaves the Club following an injury-affected season where he unfortunately didn’t make a league appearance after featuring in all three of City’s FFA Cup fixtures.

We would like to thank all players for their efforts and contributions to the Club and wish them all the best for the future.
