Melbourne City FC will join VicHealth and several influential Victorian sporting organisations in an exciting collaboration to celebrate women in sport at the inaugural Jim Stynes Foundation Grass Roots of Women in Sport Event (GROWS).
Come along to the Showtime Events Centre, Southwarf, on Thursday 7th September to get up close and personal with Australia’s top female athletes as they share their stories and pathways to success in a candid open discussion.
Headlined by members of City’s very own championship winning Women’s team, be inspired and engage with a panel of Australia’s best female sporting talent, who will discuss the growth of women’s sport in Australia and the exciting opportunities now available to female athletes of all ages.
Tickets are $65 for under-18’s, $105 for adults and $100 for Melbourne City FC partners, and includes dinner, beverages and access to interactive food stations throughout the evening.
All proceeds are donated to the Jim Stynes Foundation beneficiaries Reach Foundation, Helping Hoops, Confident Girls, Lighthouse Foundation, Ladder, Ready Foundation and Beehive Foundation.
