The task of taking on Perth Glory at nib Stadium will certainly prove to be a tough test for our team.

Despite the win over the Brisbane Roar last week, as our previous results over in Perth have demonstrated, heading over the Nullabor to take on the Glory is difficult.

The trip is quite unique compared to any other away match, with five hours flying and the time difference, so putting all those things together will make it definitely a hard match.

There are a number of aspects we take into consideration when preparing our training program for a match such as this, looking at how many days there are going to be between games in addition to the extra travel we have to do.

That-s not to say we didn-t train at all this week. We trained well and are prepared to take Perth on and claim a good result.

Jonatan Germano is not in the squad after suffering a hamstring injury during the last game against Brisbane Roar, so Wayne Srhoj will be his replacement while Alex Terra also returns. Maycon meanwhile will remain in Melbourne.

We-ll see if Alex can get some playing minutes and we-ve also got an extra man with us in David Williams in case something happens.
