What is my pre-sale password?
All Melbourne City FC members will receive an email containing their 14-digit password and links to purchase tickets once our Elimination Final opponents have been confirmed.
If you don’t receive the email before the pre-sale begins, use the 14-digit number printed on the barcode of your membership card to purchase tickets during the pre-sale window.
For Football Family Members, your password is your MFN number.

SAME SEAT MEMBERS
Q: How do I purchase my same seat from the regular Hyundai A-League season?
A: Enter your member password which was sent via email into the password box displayed on the event page by clicking here
Q: I am a reserved seat member and have not received the email, what is my password?
A: The password is your 14 digit barcode number which is printed on the back of your membership card.
Q: How long do I have to purchase my same seat?
A: You will be able to purchase your same seat from 9am-4pm (AEST) Monday 16 April
Q: Can I purchase tickets on behalf of other reserved seat members?
A: Yes, you will need to enter the member’s password for each seat you wish to purchase.
Q: Can I purchase my same seat during the Football Family pre-sale?
A: No, your same seat can only be purchased during the same seat Member pre-sale. You will still have access to the Football Family pre-sale using your password if you would like to purchase additional tickets during this time.
Q: How do I purchase additional tickets?
A: Additional tickets must be purchased in a separate transaction and is unlikely to be seated next to your reserved member seat.
Q: I do not want to purchase my same seat, can I purchase other tickets?
A: Yes, you can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction on a best available basis by clicking here from 9am-4pm (AEST) Monday 16 April
Q: My receipt of purchase does not state that I have purchased my same seat
A: The ticketing system will not display your seat numbers on your email confirmation; it will only display the dollar amount of your purchase. Once the General Public tickets go on sale (12midday Tuesday April 17) you will receive a $0.00 confirmation showing your same seat information with your tickets.
Q: I purchased my same seat and I still have not received my ticket
A: All tickets will be sent after the General Public on sale which is 12 midday (AEST) Tuesday, April 17.
GENERAL ADMISSION MEMBERS
Q: I am a General Admission Member and have not received the email, what is my password?
A: The password is your 14-digit barcode number which is printed on the back of your membership card.
CITY CLASS MEMBERS
City Class members will be able to purchase their regular seat during the same exclusive members pre-sale which runs from 9am on Monday 16th April until 4pm on Monday 16th April.
