Melbourne City College of Football affiliate John Fawkner College has progressed to the national stages of the Bill Turner Cup, Australia’s largest school soccer competition.
JFC defeated fellow Melbourne City College of Football affiliate Overnewton College in the Victorian final this week with Esad Saglam, Birkan Kirdar and Mert Tuna securing the 3-2 result.
The team will now travel to Albury on August 3 & 4 to compete at the national tournament, coming up against teams from the ACT and Riverina first up.
