Melbourne City FC can today announce the signing of 19-year-old defender Tori Tumeth.
Tumeth has represented both the Junior Matildas and the Young Matildas, captaining the former.
Her most recent club was NPLNSW team Sydney University, where she played a big role in helping the team complete the treble in 2019.
A midfielder in her junior days, Tumeth is a hard working defender with lots of potential and will now get her chance to continue her development in the Westfield W-League.
Tumeth’s first match for City will come in the Club’s season opening Grand Final re-match on December 30, you can check out the full W-League fixture list released on Monday here!

“Tori comes to us directly from the NSWNPL as a former Young Matilda who is looking to make her mark in the W-League and we are pleased to see her make Melbourne City her club of choice.
