Melbourne Heart FC is giving our members the opportunity to play a very special part in the next Melbourne Derby on 23rd December.

All entrants will receive 1 FREE CHILD-S MEMBERSHIP to give to a child of their choice.

Complete the form to enter the draw to win either a Mascot position to walk onto AAMI Park with a player from one of the participating teams OR to enter a team of 5 children to play in a small sided game at half time.

NB. Children must be aged between 5 and 12 years.
