Melbourne Heart FC has opened its arms to the Victorian sporting community after launching its inaugural membership campaign for the Hyundai A-League 2010/11 season.
With the Club set to play all 15 home games at AAMI Park, Melbourne-s newest sporting venue, Heart is poised to provide fans with the ultimate purpose built, football experience, highlighting its commitment to transforming the ground into the team-s true home.
And in an integral aspect of the membership campaign, for every registered member of a Victorian football club who purchases a membership, a rebate of $5 for each junior/adult and $10 for every family, will be donated back to local clubs in a clear sign of Melbourne Heart FC-s commitment to helping develop the grassroots football community.
Junior memberships start from $37.50, while an Adult General Admission pass costs only $225, ensuring the Hyundai A-League is accessible to Heart supporters across the state.
And the Club is set to reward its loyal supporters, with each membership representing a saving of between 30-55%, compared to buying tickets on game day.
A key feature of the membership offer is the Family General Admission option, which for $487.50, provides admission for two adults and four juniors.
Melbourne Heart FC Chief Executive Officer Scott Munn believes the launch of the Club-s debut membership campaign marks an important milestone in its history.
“The launch of our membership campaign is a huge achievement from a Club standpoint and represents the culmination of many months of hard work,” Munn said.
“Our goal when formulating membership packages was to make them as accessible to the public as possible, and we are confident as a club we have very much achieved that goal.
“A family general admission membership for example provides entry for six people on game day, which is extraordinary value for money and is an acknowledgement of the role family-s play in the match day experience.”
Memberships include entry to two games against Melbourne Victory, reigning champions Sydney FC, Gold Coast United, Central Coast Mariners and North Queensland Fury.
The first clash against Victory takes place on Saturday October 2, while the side will face reigning champions Sydney FC for the first time at home on Saturday November 27.
