It’s official, Member’s reserved seats are back! After going through two COVID-19 restricted seasons, things are finally getting back to normal.
In what can only be described as good news, the recent easing of restrictions sees us welcome back Member’s reserved seating for the remainder of the 2021/22 Isuzu UTE A-League season.
Key Points
- Full season members no longer need to redeem a ticket via Ticketek
- Digital barcodes will be emailed to all full season members no later than Thursday 2 December
- Members to scan into AAMI Park using the digital barcode via their smartphone, or printed and used as you would a regular ticket
- Plastic membership cards cannot be used to access the stadium
- If you don’t receive your barcode by Thursday 2 December, please call Membership Services on 1300 255 432.
Reserved Seat Members
Beginning Saturday 4 December, members will return to their allocated reserved seats, and there will no longer be a need to redeem tickets via Ticketek.
All Members will have received an email this week with details on how to access their new digital membership, which will work just the same as your old physical one did.
General Admission Members
Full general admission is also back! This means that GA members are once again free to choose their own seat within the general admission area.
Digital Barcodes
With the return of reserved seats, full season members (including City Traveller) are no longer required to redeem a ticket via Ticketek. Digital membership barcodes will be emailed to all members ahead of our Round 3 clash against Western United.

Three and Six Match Flexi Members
Three and six-match members still need to redeem tickets via Ticketek for the matches you wish to attend. You will have received an email with all the details on how to do so.
Guest Passes
Want to share your passion for City and bring a mate along to a game? No problem, as part of our all-new loyalty program for season 2021/22, members can redeem up to two (2) complimentary guest passes based on their loyalty status.
Men’s and Women’s Double Headers
Our Men’s and Women’s squads will play three double headers at AAMI Park this season and we have some exciting news for City Members wanting to show their support for both squads.
All Men’s members will get free entry to the Women’s fixtures, while Women’s matches will all be general admission seating and all members will be free to stick around and cheer on the Men’s team as well.
Non-member Ticketing
For non-members, our upcoming home matches against Western United, Perth Glory and Western Sydney are all on-sale now, with the big one – the Christmas Derby – going on sale next week!
