Melbourne City FC can confirm it has appointed Jess Vanstrattan as the first team Goalkeeping Coach for the 2017/18 season.

Vanstrattan will join Melbourne City’s coaching panel featuring Head Coach Warren Joyce and Assistant Coaches Michael Valkanis and Joe Montemurro.

Vanstrattan will primarily work with first-team goalkeepers Eugene Galekovic and Dean Bouzanis but will also help to develop the Club’s National Youth League goalkeepers, including James Delianov and Yaren Sozer.

Vanstrattan spent the past two and half years at Newcastle Jets, after joining the NSW-based club in February 2015.
