Paulo Retre is a young versatile midfielder who has worked his way up the NYL ranks to earn a senior contract with Melbourne City FC for the 2014/15 season. Retre plied his trade with then Victorian Premier League side Northcote City before signing as a youth player for Melbourne Victory in the 2011/12 season.
Retre signed for the Club as a youth player in September 2012 after a stellar season with Bentleigh Greens in the VPL and has not looked back since, making four senior appearances in the 2013/14 Hyundai A-League season and starting against Western Sydney and Sydney FC.
