The team is in for Saturday’s Round 3 clash with Adelaide United. See who’s in and who’s out of this week’s side.

Melbourne City will be searching for their second consecutive win when they take on Adelaide United in their home opener at John McEwan Reserve in Shepparton on Saturday 30 November.

Head Coach Rado Vidosic and his side will be boosted by the return of Scottish international Claire Emslie. The attacker missed City’s Round 2 clash after suffering a minor knock at training.

Junior Matildas midfielder Nia Stamatopoulos has also been named in the extended squad, adding further depth to City’s midfield.

Tyla-Jay Vlajnic remains on the sidelines, as she continues her recovery from a hamstring injury.

City’s clash with Adelaide United will be the second of two blockbuster games played at Shepparton, with City’s Y-League side taking on Brisbane Roar at 3:00pm, before City hosts the Reds at 7:00pm. Both games will be played at John McEwan Reserve on Saturday 30 November.
