Melbourne City is currently preparing for a big Saturday of football at AAMI Park, with both squads set to be in action for the club’s first doubleheader of the season.
Dario Vidosic’s Women’s squad currently sits top of the table having scored 12 and conceded just twice in three games, and are nearing a match-up against fellow undefeated side, Western United.
Although also remaining on top of the table, Rado Vidosic’s Men’s squad will be looking to bounce back from its first loss of the season last time out.
Both Head Coaches have now named their squad for Saturday’s double header.
Aiden O’Neill headlines the inclusions after missing last week’s trip to Sydney through suspension.
Florin Berenguer remains sidelined due to a hamstring injury, but is tracking well and eyeing a return to the squad in the coming weeks. Young striker Max Caputo is also currently out and will miss the next few weeks with a knee injury.
On the Women’s side of things, Karly Roestbakken and Hannah Wilkinson have been ramping up their training loads as they close in on a return to action.
