We’re just days away from the 2023 A-League Men’s Grand Final, set to take on Central Coast Mariners at CommBank Stadium.
It marks a fourth consecutive Grand Final for your City boys, who will be looking to complete the double as they did back in 2020/21.
We won our way through to the decider thanks to a convincing 4-0 result in the Semi Final second leg against Sydney FC, with Marco Tilio, Curtis Good and Richard van der Venne on the scoresheet.
Despite finishing top, City is now gearing up to play the second of our three finals away from home.
While there’s never a need to source any additional motivation for a Grand Final, City has still found some in captain Scott Jamieson announcing that Saturday’s decider will be the final match of his playing career.
Head Coach Rado Vidosic confirmed City’s Grand Final squad on Thursday afternoon prior to the team’s departure to Sydney.
Both Raphael Borges Rodrigues and Jordon Hall have been added to the extended squad and will make the trip, while there are no outs from the Semi Final victory.
