With its Hyundai A-League debut just over a week away, tickets to Heart-s home matches at AAMI Park, including ‘the Melbourne Derby-, are set to go on sale at Ticketek from 9am on Friday 30 July.
However, tickets to the Club-s season opener against the Central Coast Mariners will be on sale from 9am today.
Ticket prices start at just $5 for juniors and $25 for adults, representing outstanding value for all fans of the beautiful game.
Drawing upon a wealth of experience, Heart Head Coach John van ‘t Schip and assistants Ante Milicic and Jesper Olsen hope to deliver an exciting brand of football, having been influenced by some of the greatest innovators in world football, including Johan Cruyff and Sir Alex Ferguson.
Among the players poised to take to the park during the upcoming season include Socceroos John Aloisi, Josip Skoko and 2010 FIFA World Cup representative Michael Beauchamp, as well as Club Captain Simon Colosimo.
Munn believes the release of tickets for the Club-s foundation season marks another major milestone in Melbourne Heart FC history.
“The Club has come a very long way in a relatively short period of time, and it is amazing to consider we are now on the cusp of finally making our Hyundai A-League bow,” he said.
“AAMI Park has been a welcome addition to the Melbourne sporting landscape and will certainly add a unique element to the match day experience.
“With unrivalled sightlines and world class amenities, AAMI Park is the perfect stage for the Club to make its debut. We are delighted to be able to call the stadium our true home.”
