Laura Hughes

Midfielder, Laura Hughes, joined Melbourne City FC ahead of the 2023/24 A-League Women’s season after spending seven seasons with Canberra United.

Born and raised in the nation’s capital, the Australian U23s international, made her professional debut as a 15-year-old. Having made 62 A-League Women’s appearances with Canberra, she brings a wealth of experience to City’s squad despite only being 22 years old.
