Ross McCormack

McCormack, 31, joins Melbourne City FC after 14 years in domestic club football in the United Kingdom, where he featured for clubs such as Rangers, Motherwell, Cardiff City, Leeds United, Fulham and most recently Aston Villa. Across more than 400 appearances, McCormack established himself as a prolific striker, scoring 53 goals in 144 matches across a four-year spell at Leeds United and 38 goals in 89 appearances with Fulham between 2014 and 2016. The striker has made 13 appearances for the Scottish national team, making himself known to the Australian public when he netted for his country in 3-1 win against the Socceroos in a friendly in 2012.
