Tyla-Jay Vlajnic returned to the Club on a one-year deal ahead of the 2024/25 season.
A foundation member of City’s Women’s team that entered the league in 2015, the Serbian international rejoined the Club after two seasons with Western United.
During her initial seven-year spell at Melbourne City, Vlajnic played an important role in the team’s success, winning four Championships and two Premiers Plates. Her return also reunites her with current Captain Rebekah Stott as the two form a unique bond as the two remaining members of City’s inaugural Women’s side.
