Melbourne City is pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Dakota Ochsenham on an injury replacement contract.
The 25-year-old shot-stopper joins City following the recent ACL injury sustained by James Nieuwenhuizen and will remain with the Club until January 2026.

Ochsenham arrives from FK Beograd in the NPLSA with A-League experience, having previously represented Adelaide United during the 2019/20 and 2020/21 A-League Men’s seasons.
A player City has tracked closely in recent years, Ochsenham trained with the Club during the 2022/23 campaign.
Widely regarded as one of the top-performing goalkeepers outside the A-Leagues, he brings a commanding presence in the air and strong distribution — attributes well suited to City’s style of play.
He linked up with Aurelio Vidmar’s squad earlier this week and will be available for selection ahead of Saturday’s away trip to face Western Sydney Wanderers.
