Four of City’s keenest golfers enjoyed a trip away to The Sebel Yarrawonga at the multi-award winning Silverwoods Resort during the World Cup break.
Captain Scott Jamieson, Andrew Nabbout, Thomas Lam and Matthew Sutton took some well earned R&R in the best way they know how – with a round of golf!
They hit the links at Silverwoods Resort’s championship course, the Black Bull Golf Course, and they certainly loved it.
Black Bull Golf Course Director of Golf Operations, James McCully, was on hand to give the lads some great advice on how to best approach some of the more difficult holes that the course presents.
City Captain Scott Jamieson said he enjoyed the challenge of the course and was looking forward to returning in the future.
“What an absolute class set up they have here at Silverwoods Resort. The hotel stay was luxurious and the course was so much fun to play on.” Jamieson said.
“It doesn’t take long to realise why this is a championship course. I can’t wait to come back for another round of 18!”
