If you’ve purchased City Football School merchandise that doesn’t fit properly, you can request an change of size by filling out an exchange form.

What happens next?
Once you’ve submitted your exchange request, you will receive an email confirming that our merchandise team has received it. Allow at least 5 business days from the time you submit your request for your new items to be made available.
When your new items are available, you will receive an email confirming they can be exchanged at the following session.
Exchange process EXAMPLE
A parent has their child registered at Casey Fields for Monday night sessions. The merchandise from City Football School has arrived via post, but it doesn’t fit correctly. Here’s the streamlined process for exchanging the items:
- The parent submits an exchange request through the online form on Sunday, the day before their child’s session in Week 1.
- The parent receives an email confirmation of the request.
- The City Football School merchandise team picks the items in the new size.
- Later that week, the merchandise team delivers the new items to the lead coach at Casey Fields.
- The lead coach will have the new merchandise available for exchange with the parent on the day of the Monday session in Week 2.
- The parent hands over the returned merchandise to the lead coach, who then provides the parent with the new kit.
Because the request was made less than 5 business prior to the next session, their exchange will not be available to finalised until Week 2.
Please note, exchanges are only available for brand new items with original tags attached and no signs of wear.
