Team News: Squad locked in for Wanderers clash

Melbourne City will aim to make it two wins from two when we return to AAMI Park on Tuesday night to face Western Sydney Wanderers.

It’s a quick turnaround from Saturday night when we hosted Wellington Phoenix, securing an important 1-0 win over the league leaders.

We could possibly see some squad rotation as we prepare to play just 72 hours after that clash in very warm conditions, and Aurelio Vidmar has now locked in his squad.

Mathew Leckie has been included but after being ill over the last few days, will be assessed on Tuesday pre-match to see if he is fit enough to return.

25-year-old defender Jordon Hall has also been added to the extended squad for Tuesday night football.
