City stars visit Royal Children’s Hospital

While we may be deep in preparations for two huge fixtures this weekend, a number of City stars took some time out of their schedule for a very good cause on Friday.

Melbourne City was proud to be once again involved in the Good Friday Appeal, which saw players from both our Men’s and Women’s team spend the afternoon at the Royal Children’s Hospital on Friday.

Jamie Young, Terry Antonis and Marin Jakolis stopped in ahead of Saturday’s home clash against Newcastle, while Rebekah Stott, Melissa Barbieri and Holly McNamara were also in attendance ahead of the final weekend of the A-League Women’s season.

Split into groups of three, the players spent time going around to a number of different wards, chatting with young kids and their families – putting smiles on the faces of plenty!
