Melbourne City’s Powerchair team visited the City Football Academy, Melbourne – ctrl:cyber Campus at Casey Fields on Tuesday, joining the Club’s celebrations of International Day of People with a Disability.
International Day of People with a Disability is an opportunity to raise awareness, foster understanding and acceptance, and celebrate the contributions and achievements of people with disabilities.
This year’s theme is ‘Amplifying the leadership of persons with disabilities for an inclusive and sustainable future’.
To mark the occasion at the CFA, our Powerchair team joined our A-League Men’s team for the day, where they observed training before enjoying a team lunch together.
