PFA POTM: Maclaren nominated for April award

City star Jamie Maclaren is one of five nominees for the PFA Player of the Month award following his record-breaking month of April.

In a month which saw our star man net six goals in six appearances, he become the A-Leagues highest ever goal scorer when he notched his 143^rd A-League goal with a hattrick against Western United. 

On the eve of the finals series, Maclaren also secured the A-League Men’s Golden Boot award for the 2022/23 campaign – his fourth consecutive competition Golden Boot and fifth in total.

April’s nominees include Marco Túlio, Sam Silvera, Brandon Borello and Robert Mak. Players across the A-Leagues will vote for the winner this week.
