Manchester City FC Chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak spoke about the emphasis on developing Melbourne Heart in Part II of his end of season interview.
Speaking about the 2013-14 English Premier League season, the Chairman also touched on the development in Melbourne.
“Melbourne is another exciting city, another exciting market for us,” Al Mubarak said.
“[It-s] a great club, we-re very excited about working in Australia, we-re very excited about the partnership in Melbourne.
“Developing that club is another area of focus for us, making it a commercial success – taking into account the wonderful people that have been involved with this club in the past – and I have no doubt that with the resources we have… we will make Melbourne another successful club both on and off the field.”
