K. Torpey

After spending five seasons at Brisbane Roar, prolific fullback, Kaitlyn Torpey, joined City ahead of the 2021/22 A-League Women’s season. With 78 A-Leagues appearances to her name, 35 of those in City blue, Torpey is one of City’s most important players.

The Australian U23s international is a gut-running fullback who is as damaging in attack as she is defence. Her form last season saw her earn a play in the PFA’s Team of the Season.

Off the pitch, Torpey works alongside our charitable arm, City in the Community (CitC). Torpey’s been involved in CitC’s Respectful Relationships programs, talking to students and communities about the importance of Resilience, Relationships and Respect. As a budding videographer, she has also been involved in content capturing and producing videos of CitC programs.
