Biography
Melbourne City defender Karly Roestbakken is a technical footballer who can play both in the heart of defence and midfield.
With experience beyond her years, Roestbakken has made seven appearances for the Matildas and was selected in the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup squad.
With 43 A-League Women’s appearances to her name and experience in Norway, Roestbakken brings great leadership alongside her ability on the pitch. Her return ahead of the 2024/25 A-League Women’s season further strengthens Head Coach, Michael Matricciani’s squad.
