A PATHWAY TO AUSTRALIA’S BEST ACADEMY
One of the most exciting things about the Melbourne City Football School is that it has a proven pathway to our Academy and then through to our Senior squad.
In 2024, across our entire Junior Academy, 65% of players came through our City Football Schools programs.
Our U14s – which is our youngest Academy squad – had 16 of 17 players begin their journey in the City Football School.
The program has a proven history of nurturing talent. Jayden Necovski, Lawrence Wong, Lachie Charles, and Peter Antoniou have all progressed from the City Football School all the way through to their first Senior contracts.
