Melbourne City stars Rebekah Stott and Mariana Speckmaier will go head-to-head on the international stage during the upcoming FIFA Women’s International Window in May/June.
With over 100 international caps to her name, City captain, Stott, has once again been selected to represent New Zealand, while dynamic attacker Speckmaier will link up with the Venezuelan national team.
The City duo will face off in a pair of international friendlies, the first in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, Spain and the second at Estadio Nuevo Mirador in Algeciras, Spain.

The international friendlies will serve as valuable preparation for Speckmaier and Venezuela as they prepare for the 2025 Copa América Femenina in July where they’ve been drawn in Group B alongside Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay and Bolivia in Ecuador.
Stott and Speckmaier will depart for Spain following the conclusion of the team’s AFC Women’s Champions League campaign in Wuhan, China.
