The Champions homecoming is here as Melbourne City return to AAMI Park for the first time in the A-Leagues since last season’s Grand Final win.
Ahead of City’s A-League Men’s home opener, we take a look at some of the key match day details for Saturday afternoon’s clash.

MOVEMBER x SCOTTS LAWN BUILDER
We’re hosting a dedicated Movember x Scotts Lawn Builder home game to raise awareness for men’s mental health.
This Spring, our wonderful partners at Scotts and Movember have teamed up for the ‘Grow or Mow?’ challenge, encouraging Aussies to step outside, connect with their neighbours over the fence or at the mailbox, nurture their lawns, and in turn, look after their own mental wellbeing.
City fans can head to City Square ahead of kick-off and visit the Mo Zone, where they can take photos with the Club’s A-League Men’s Championship trophy and A-League Women’s Premiers Plate.
We will also be giving away 1,000 Movember x Scotts Lawn Builder player face masks on the concourse.
Our very own City players are also getting behind the cause with the likes of Lawrence Wong, Beckham Baker, and Zane Schreiber all growing their own mo throughout November.

CITY SQUARE
Kick off the new A-League Men’s season with us at our first home game and soak up a full day of action, fun and football.
Start early at City Square on Gosch’s Paddock, where you’ll find entertainment for all ages, from games and giveaways to special guest appearances by our players.
It’s more than football. It’s the full City experience.
Head to City Square for a range of fun activities that the entire family can enjoy, including player appearances, food trucks and a live DJ set.
You can put your football skills to the test at the Macca’s Keepy Uppy Challange and inflatable goals, aim for the bullseye at the Inflatable Soccer Darts, or take on your family and friends at the Bubble Soccer activation where there will be lots of rolls and laughs.
Bringing the kids? Visit the Nostra Homes Kids Zone for free face painting and a colouring in station, our roaming mascots will also be at City Square and we’ll have a number of poster giveaways – perfect for collecting player autographs!
You can visit our 2025/26 A-Leagues season trophies at the Movember x Scotts Lawn Builder “Mo Zone” where we will be handing out several giveaways as we raise awareness for men’s mental health.
MACCA’S PLAY ON THE PITCH
The world’s best have done it, now you can too.
Around 15 minutes after the final whistle, fans will be invited onto the AAMI Park pitch for a post-match kickabout on the hallowed turf.
Bring your mates, your ball and your best goal celebration. It’s the perfect way to cap off match day.
